About us

Eric Conklin is the chief executive officer of Rokstone Agriculture Risk Underwriters, responsible for overseeing the strategy, direction and growth of Rokstone’s Agriculture business in the US market.

He joined the group in August 2021, having previously been the director of Equine & Livestock – Americas, at AXA XL (previously Catlin and XL Catlin) since May 2013. Before that he had been at The Hartford since 2000, working his way up from an account executive up to the regional manager for Livestock.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and three children travelling, hiking, fishing and camping. He also likes sports and exploring craft breweries.

Steven Imhof is the vice president at Rokstone Agriculture Risk Underwriters, responsible for developing, underwriting and marketing profitable new and existing business opportunities.

He joined the group in August 2021, having previously spent six years at AXA XL, most recently as a Senior Underwriter. Prior to that, he was with the American Paint Horse Association for 17 years.

Outside of work, Steven likes horse racing, whether it be live or on tv, and livestock shows. He also enjoys the great outdoors and college basketball.

Nicole Pidcoe is the head of agriculture – claims at Rokstone Agriculture Risk Underwriters, responsible for the day to day management of claims and assessing overall exposure.

She joined the group in August 2021, having previously spent 11 years working in the equine and livestock claim space at what is now AXA XL. She also spent two years working on the equine broking side.

Outside of work, Nicole has ridden and shown American Saddlebreds since she was 8 years old. She also enjoys sporting clays tournaments, boating and fishing.

Alexandra Choumitsky is a senior underwriter at Rokstone Agriculture Risk Underwriters, responsible for maintaining a successful book of mixed livestock insurance products.

She joined the group in August 2021, having previously worked for AXA XL as a livestock underwriter for five years. Before that she worked in the equine industry, at both a Thoroughbred farm and at the veterinary clinic Hagyard Equine Medical Institute.

Outside of work, Alexandra rides almost every weekend with her friends, and also trains in the aerial arts, specifically focused on aerial hoop (lyra) and dance trapeze. She also enjoys keeping fit by taking her German Shepherd, Miesha, for walks.
